I also possess certain skills in Pegasystems PRPC and Salesforce Lightning. In terms of previous roles, I have also worked as a content writer and member of Enactus, where I curated and created content for social media posts and worked on field projects, and as an operations coordinator for AIESEC, where I was responsible for lead generation, client interaction, and operations management. I converted 50% of the generated leads, I can provide exceptional customer service and I have proven to be a solution-oriented individual.

I have a bachelor's degree in commerce which I have passed with first division and currently I am pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business Management from Lambton College.
