I recently graduated with a bachelor's degree, which has equipped me with relevant skills and knowledge. Over the past five years, I have worked as a front desk receptionist in a busy hotel, honing my customer service skills and developing the ability to handle a wide range of tasks. Additionally, I have worked as a security guard for five years, gaining valuable experience maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and customers. Over the past five years, I have had the pleasure of working as a Front Desk Receptionist, where I have had the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of guests from various cultural backgrounds. My daily responsibilities have included answering calls, responding to inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing any issues or concerns that guests may have. This experience has allowed me to develop excellent communication and customer service skills, which I take pride in. I have also worked as a Security Officer since 2019. I have worked for companies such as Paladin Security and Lapper Security. Through this experience, I have gained more customer service skills and have also learned plenty of technical work such as monitoring cameras.

I have completed my Bachelor's degree from Thompson Rivers University, located in Kamloops, British Columbia. My major was in Economics. I have a Canadian degree.
