Nadesh Fozao

I have a graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health and Addictions from Fanshawe College. I have extensive experience in supporting clients who have experience homelessness to obtain housing, stay housed and set goals to recover from homelessness and mental health and addiction related issues. I have excellent skills in building strong lasting relationships both with clients and collaborate with other external agencies to make sure that participants needs are met.

I currently work with St. Leonard's Community Service in London Ontario as a Housing Stability Worker. I have been working with this organization for over two years now and have recently moved to St. Thomas. I am looking for new challenge where I can show case my skills of case management. I have 16 participants on my caseload ranging from low, moderate and high needs that I support them with finding housing, staying housed through rent stabilization and food security, and connecting them with other external agencies for health and mental health/addiction related issues. I am excellent at building strong therapeutical relationships and working with an interdisciplinary team to provide timely and consistent services to participants. I have a graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental health From Fanshawe College London Ontario, A level 3 certificate in social work from the United Kingdom England, and a bachelor's degree in English Private Law from Camerron.
