Experience

I worked as receptionist in INDIA for about 1 year at a IELTS institute. I handle registration, maintain student records, and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient administrative support. Answering phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries about test schedules and preparation resources. Additionally, i assist in organizing the exam day procedures, providing excellent customer service to students, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their IELTS journey.

 

Also, in Canada I worked for 3-4 months as a receptionist in a restaurant. 

Education

Last year I completed my high school education in India with non medical stream and scored 84% . 

After that, I moved to Canada for my further studies right now I am studying computer Enginering in Sheridan college.
