Hi, I'm Nassim Kalantary, a dedicated Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) student at the University of Regina with a strong passion for talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. My journey began in teaching English, but my deep interest in people and workplace dynamics led me to transition into Human Resources, where I have gained hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and professional background to contribute to dynamic workplaces. I thrive on learning, connecting with people, and exploring innovative HR strategies to drive success.

I am an HR professional and MHRM student with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. My career began in teaching English, but I transitioned into Human Resources, working as an HR Specialist and HR Manager in pharmaceutical companies in Iran. I have over six years of experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. After moving to Canada, I continued developing my expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Regina while gaining experience in administrative roles. My strengths lie in strategic HR planning, stakeholder communication, and process optimization, making me a valuable asset in any HR or administrative function.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) at the University of Regina, where I am developing advanced knowledge in HR strategy, labor relations, talent management, and organizational development. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in English Literature from Iran, which strengthened my communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills. My diverse academic background, combined with my professional HR experience, equips me with a well-rounded perspective on people management and workplace dynamics.
