Researched technical specifications for 20 Radiofrequency Therapy Systems to address member requests for technology comparisons and market intelligence, enabling informed purchasing decisions tailored to their capital requirements, patient needs, and daily workflow. Led a department wide initiative to conduct multi-tiered outreach to member facilities to quantify the savings percentage captured in ECRI reports.

 

Inclusive Economic Growth Intern, Sept 2023 – Dec 2023

Conducted research on 15 eligible entrepreneurs for a 2-week accelerator program to support Black, brown, and women-owned enterprises in low-income communities from Baltimore, MD to Richmond, VA. Supported outreach and fundraising efforts directed towards 27 Board members to secure over $3.2 billion in funding for underserved communities.

Led review of an enterprise sustainability strategy, culminating in a new framework for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investment reporting and a revamped Corporate Sustainability Report. Created value-enhancing workflows leveraging Morningstar Direct and supported 1:1 client engagements that led to a 110%+ dollar retention and a 25% improvement in renewal rates on a $50 million book of business.
