• Submitted documentation and reports to upper management.
• Coordinate with evening shift supervisor to balance staffing as workloads changes.
• Train assembly finishers and evaluated quality of work.
• Maintain safety records and accident reports to Human Resources.
• Preferably follow LEAN and 55 for safety and tell workers to follow that for everyone's safety, for accuracy and for neat and clean environment on work.
• Worked with and have great knowledge about Microsoft programs ( ms excel, ms word, ms powerpoint and outlook).
