• Used Nx thoroughly for designing a conceptual 3D model to the final stage of product design considering various manufacturing processes, whichever is cost-efficient and suitable for Molex standards and the customer.
• Designed Mechanical packages considering various factors like selection of material (plastic, metals), cost, heat dissipation, manufacturing process (forming, Injection molding, CNC, die casting, 3D printing, sheet metal), easy-to-assemble etc.
• I have designed various parts like Heatsinks, enclosures of PCBAs, testing parts and other electromechanical systems.

• Worked with Electrical, Hardware and Testing teams to plan and build the entire package system.

• Have worked on a contractual agreement in Space Application Centre (ISRO) through Ambimat Electronics.
• My role required me to be involved in each stage of development from conceptual designing to the final testing phase. I interacted with all the other teams like quality, planning, fabrication, testing etc. for efficient development of all components.
• Installing stationary Industrial machinery and electromechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools.
• Read diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• I was responsible for designing all the Mechanical components considering minimum mass, environmental protection, manufacturing feasibility, strength, a factor of safety etc.
• Extensive knowledge of GD&T and experience reading and in reading and Interpreting Engineering Drawings.
• Have primarily used 3D CAD software(Siemens NX, Solidworks, AutoCAD), and had hands-on Autodesk Inventor for modeling and drafting all the designs.
• I have performed Modal and Structural Analysis on all my designs using both 2D and 3D mesh in NX Nastran, Solidworks, Ansys &HyperMesh FEM/FEA packages.
• I was also involved in assemblies of systems and have hands-on experience with all the Assembly tools and Integration procedures.
