His passionate study of Southeast and Southwestern cuisines has seen him working in kitchens in Mexico and Thailand. He learned fine dining at La Rua under renowned Chef R.D. Stewart in Whistler Nick has successfully launched and managed several profitable culinary ventures, including most recently the highly popular Convenient Chef. His roles at renowned establishments like Earls and CHOP have honed his skills in restaurant management, menu planning, and staff training. Adept at creating craveable flavours and engaging content for marketing campaigns and culinary branding, Nick consistently drives business growth and customer engagement with his industry leading customer knowledge. He is now seeking a new challenge to leverage his skills and experience.
