Led vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of sales and marketing, growing national distribution accounts.  Collaborated with the Channel Manager to innovate and execute rebates, trade-in programs, new product discounts, and other promotions. Scope of accountability included the oversight of marketing strategies and campaigns that included Trade Shows, email marketing, in-store events, and direct mail with a marketing funds budget of $2M.  Managed $65MM in P&L.
