Outstanding background in customer service and relations has provided me with the skills necessary to meet and exceed each customer's expectations by providing a friendly, useful, and proactive service.

Through my long-term experience in the service industry, I have gained excellent communication skills and a well-developed sense of responsibility and priority setting, as well as the ability to work individually or as a member of a team. Importantly, I have learned to work comfortably and efficiently in a challenging, changing and high-stress environment, while efficiently handling situations or inquiries within policy, procedures and standard practices.

I pride myself on being a very positive and charismatic person, who always brings personal integrity, honesty and strong work ethics to my career. I am ready and enthusiastic to become a member of a hard working team.

I am currently a student at algonquin College taking academic Upgrading.
