I am a recent master's graduate in Electrical and Computer engineering from the University of Windsor, specializing in the areas of Data Mining and Machine Learning. Currently on the lookout for entry level roles as a Data Analyst/Scientist.

  • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting client infrastructure, including databases, network devices, servers (windows and linux), printers, and file shares.
  • Worked with the automation team to automate some repetitive IT tasks using Hiro, an AI based automation engine.
  • Some of the use cases included, automating ticket resolution for bad link alerts received on network devices and IIS related alerts pertaining to URL monitoring. 
  • Developed an anomaly detection, classification POC in python, to detect abnormal spikes in server CPU usage.
