Currently working as an account representative with Uber. In this role I am responsible for bringing in new business and completing a full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, onboarding, and profit maximization. I act as Account Manager for my merchants to ensure that they are set up for success.

In my previous roles I have extensive experience in the luxury retail and fashion world, which is where my true passion is. I was a Senior Client Advisor at the flagship Gucci store in Toronto, where I was top 10% of all sales people in North America and surpassed $2,000,000 in 2021. In this role I was responsible for both meeting my sales targets as well as monitoring personal and team KPIs as I was a supervisor too. Analyzing business trends in store sales, writing up reports on a daily basis, and presenting findings to management were all a part of my day to day.
