I am excited to apply for the Technical Sales Specialist or business development roles. Presently, I am a PhD candidate at University of Quebec, Trois Rivieres and my PhD thesis has been accepted and expecting defense in July,2023. As a Ph.D. candidate with strong experience in academic and industrial projects in both wet and dry laboratory I have cultivated the strength and focus that is required to learn and improvise consistently. Furthermore, I have working experience in content creation, digital marketing, in person sales which have expanded my skills sets to be used different scenarios for a company vision and success. I have working experience with projects related next generation sequencing in transcriptomic and metabarcoding analysis.  Also, during my academic research journey, I have secured multiple scholarships to study in Spain, France and Canada to work in various interdisciplinary research projects related to ecology, environment, and industrial biotechnology. Therefore, my experience from industrial PhD which involved working with different stakeholders like researchers, entrepreneurs, and lawyers along with creating content in an instructional manner will align perfectly for the advertised role. Also, I was involved in the scientific expedition in Himalayas for over 30 days to collect the over 1000 samples to be used for biodiversity-based studies which involved planning and development in the tough Himalayan field. Considering my diverse experience both in lab and field, I am capable to provide insights to the research, business development and technical support team. While pursuing my PhD, I had to write various documents which are both academic and technical in nature that which improved my writing skills that can be used to prepare project proposal and business development activities. Furthermore, I have working experience in content creation, digital marketing, in person sales which have expanded my skill sets to be used in different scenarios for a company vision and mission. 

With over 5 years of laboratory experience in molecular biology, bioinformatics, ecology algae biotechnology, confocal microscopy, and flow cytometer, I have developed a strong foundation in scientific research and analysis. My diverse experience has equipped me with the ability to operate multiple projects simultaneously, document findings accurately, and effectively communicate my ideas to team members. My expertise in these areas has led to successful research projects, resulting in publications in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, I possess solid analytical and scientific writing skills, which are transferable to all non-academic domain domains, making me an asset to any team. My experience in sales at a natural wellness store demonstrates my soft skills and ability to work in diverse teams, further enhancing my suitability for this role.I am confident that I can bring this experience and knowledge to your team and help drive your company initiatives, troubleshoot challenges in and off field.
