NINDERPAL KAUR

This is Ninderpal Kaur. I am an International student in Canada. I would like to share a few things about myself which represent my personality all the time. I love to talk with people and try to help them as much as I can. I am a good reader and analyzer. I also have an interest to get information through various sources that help me to grow more. I am an optimistic person and I push myself to stay positive all the time which makes me happy. 

I worked as a reservation manager at U haul Moving ad storage company in the head office in Toronto, ON for two years. As Reservation Manager, I was responsible for providing travel information, itineraries, and prices, handling customer complaints or concerns, counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel or making reservations, and sending out confirmation notices. Apart from that, I'm also working part-time as Concierge with Pennine security solutions in a condominium in Mississauga, ON. As condo concierge, I provide a personal touch for residents, guests, and visitors, as I always welcome residents home with a smile, learn their names and preferences, and attend to security matters and “front desk” customer service.

 I have done my post-graduate diploma at Humber College Toronto,  with 80% marks in Project Management. Now, I am a student at Niagara college doing my 2nd course in International Business management. I will complete my study in April 2023.
