My name is Nobia Amar.  I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from India. I have completed my healthcare administration and service management post-graduate program in Canada.

My professional goal is to
work with an organization that shares a passion for excellence within the field of dentistry,
a comprehensive array of dental treatments, and providing the highest quality of dental care to patients.
My history of hands-on experience as a Dental Administrator and dental assistant will be an asset to

I have a talent for coordinating clinic roles and gaining patient cooperation and engagement by
explaining the rationales and highlighting the benefits of proposed patient treatment plans. In
addition, I have a reputation for being a multifaceted team player who is committed to making
sure the office operates well and who is always willing to lead, coach, and motivate the team to work
collaboratively and enhance productivity. I participate in detailed dental charting, and managing
supplies, which has served as a training example for both experienced and new dental assistants
and the front desk. With my background in clinical dentistry, I can manage front desk, in-operatory
duties very efficiently and have in-depth knowledge of the dental professionals. My current education
in healthcare leadership and management will bring fresh perspectives and strategies to the team.
