In Strategic Sourcing led corporate initiatives, defined scope and milestones, resources and oversaw execution thru successful on-time and on-budget deliverables. Projects ranged in sizes from $150K TO $15 million.
• When Suncor acquired Petro Canada, served as crucial liaison between Calgary office and Montreal refinery as older processes were adapted to comply with Suncor's corporate culture.
