About Nya Fraser:
I am studying for a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Design, part-time at York University and have 2 years of experience in a fast paced, interior design position. My most recent position at IKEA helped me develop my design skills as I was tasked to design the interiors of businesses, office spaces, as well as residences. I contributed greatly in ensuring documents were kept up to date and everything remained organized. I ensured I kept up to date on design trends while keeping ergonomics in mind. I had to be responsible and knowledgeable enough to help clients leave feeling satisfied. Creating designs, managing time, and problem solving were the main focus in my position.
Additionally, I enjoy working with like-minded people, and I am ready to take on an Interior design position. I love a challenge, and I know I can help bring a new perspective on design your the company.
