I have applied excellent skills attention to detail and organizational skills in various environments, as I’ve gained 28+ years working in an retail head office as an Executive Customer Relations Officer. As you will see from my resume, I completed the Medical Terminology Program and successfully obtained a certificate for my completion.

 I consistently demonstrate my ability to work independently and also as a contributing member of a healthcare team, working with fellow healthcare workers, Nurses and Physicians, all while providing the highest possible level of patient care.

 In previous experience, I have worked in an office setting to assist the health care team in determining appropriate treatment, medications, monitoring and recorded behavioral changes.  I have also worked within a reporting environment and am familiar with paper and computer record keeping.
