Je suis une serveuse extrêmement dévouée avec quatre années d'expérience de service en salle et un an de service au bar. Je suis expérimenté en restaurant familiaux, déjeuner et aussi dans le service du pub et night-club. Je fournis un service à la clientèle agréable et chaleureux, tout en restant efficace et motivée.

Experience

● Setting up for opening: wiping tables, polishing plates, utensils, and glassware & memorizing specials of the day

●  Managing sections of up to 10 tables, often divided between the inside dining area and the outside

patio.

●  Welcoming clients and suggesting appetizers and beverages

● Taking and delivering orders swiftly and with care

● Preparing and garnishing hot and cold beverages (cocktails, martinis, cappuccinos, etc.) 

● Multitasking efficiently under pressure (Often working as a bar service tender, too.)

● Ensuring that clients have a pleasant dining and drinking experience

● Keeping track of individual tabs for groups of up to 30 

● Calculating tipouts at the end of shift

● Facilitating a smooth shift change without disrupting customers' experience

● Training new hires
