• Led the development and pivot from an online real estate brokerage formerly known as ToLet Ltd to a real estate search platform now known as PropertyPro and grew active brokerage to 60,000 and >100,000 realtors.
• Launched PropertyPro website and app in 3 other countries and grew active users by 45% within 12 months
• Released leads distribution feature that improved realtors' lead generation and increased the platform's retention rate by 20%.
• Developed go-to-market strategy for major product releases by collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

• Started and launched an online brokerage platform for rental apartments which rented over 2000 apartments in the first year with a team of 25 in-house realtors.
• Automated onboarding process for users which reduced the time users spent on being onboarded thereby increasing user activation by 30%.
• Increase property listings by creating a reward system for property seekers to report new listings within neighbourhoods which then led to a 35% increase in apartment listings in highly demanded areas within 12 months.
• Created 3 product lines complementary to the core product and grew revenue by 110% within the first 12 months of product launch.
• Collaborated with engineers to develop internal tools for operations management which increase overall staff efficiency and reduced hiring costs by 40%.
• Led the expansion of ToLet Ltd from 2 cities to 80 cities across the country within 24 months.
