About OLUWASEYE Atoyebi:

My name is oluwaseye Atoyebi. l graduated as a project management student from Humber College. I have acquired some skills and experience in this project management field. Currently, l work with STADXL consulting service to manage multiple projects, and to ensure that we are within schedule and budgets. The project management tool is used to monitor the project timeline and ensure the task is properly assigned to the right resources.

Experience

  • Supported the Project Managers in developing project charters, project plans, project milestones, project schedules, communication plans, and created the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using MS Project
  • Conducted a current state vs. target state gap analysis for the project.
  • Led multiple project work streams, and responsible for taking small to large, company-wide projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Provided regular status updates to C-suite executives to ensure effective dissemination of project information.
  • Reviewed project financials and budgets with Accounting and Finance counterparts to track actual against forecasts, highlighting and reporting variances, ensuring all actual expenditures have been reconciled. 
  • Managing/validating financial forecasts and providing ongoing reconciliation of invoices and other related project expenditures 
  • Ensuring vendor billings are properly recorded and maintained ongoing cost to complete/update forecasts. 
  • Prepared RFP, SOWs, and ensured day-to-day vendor relationship management occurred (including monitoring service performance, reviewing and approving vendor invoices)
  • Provided overall communication and interfaced with all areas affected by the project including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors, and vendors.
  • Maintaining RAID (Risk, Action, Issues, and Decision) logs, as well as change impact assessments to scope, schedule and cost, evaluating checklists and action items 
  • Performed trend analysis on the project and provided a recommendation to management on identified issues. 
  • Participated in the development of project KPI and enhancement of project management best practices.
  • Documented project lessons learned and socialized with the team to ensure continuous improvement.
