- Turned around my branch from a loss making position within the first 30days of my resumption as the Business Development Manager
- Responsible for massive recovery exercise of bad loans with past due obligations which drastically reduced our loan loss position as a branch with direct positive impact on the overall performance of the region within 180days of resumption
