High Level Role: Facilitating the stand-up meeting, removing impediments, ensuring we have a product backlog, and the product backlog is ready for sprint planning. Working with my Product Owners to ensure the User stories are properly defined with acceptance criteria and adhere to INVEST model then familiarize myself with the product being developed.

• I came into the project and help setup the Agile framework for the team members to follow.

• Establish new Jira/Confluence artifact repository and define/document standard/policy.

• Scheduled agile ceremonies for all pod members ensuring offshore and onshore meetings time were aligned.

• Facilitates sessions with various stakeholder teams to solution and define solution. 

• Lead the discussion on migration solution priorities through minimum marketable product (MP) with Offering team.

• Work very closely with project/program manager.

• Work with PO to provide business clarification to QA(Bridge the Gaps between Technology and Business)

• Facilitate team approvals and signoff for different types ofdocumentations. (Features, Benchmark, Overall Quality)

• Ensure team members understood the implication of theirestimates provided during backlog refinement/grooming.

• Assist Program manager in overall planning, and reporting.

• Trained the offshore BA on how to create agilerequirement artefacts i.e., user stories and use navigate/use Jira.

• Overall backlog management, manage project featuresand create epics.

• Prioritize backlog items and oversee development stages.

• Send out user stories burndown report at the end of each sprint to all team members.

Automotive Modernization – Lead BA

Modernization project to enhance dealership car loan lifecycle.

• Participate in defining, automating, and improving new and existing business processes and workflows.

• Conduct assessments of current processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Consult with stakeholders to understand the changes required

• Work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements using various techniques and industry best practices.

• Liaised with project delivery team members (ex. Architects, Developers, Testers etc.) to develop and implement solutions using hybrid methodology.

• Analyze business requirements to determine the gaps and functional requirements for system enhancements, accompanying changes and procedural changes.

• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping (including the identification of linkages) to support solution analysis, option analysis, solutioning and recommendations.

• Update Application information document after each release.
