My journey in food service management began as a dietary aid in a long-term care home, where I gained valuable experience. I progressed to a Cook position, then advanced to Food Service Supervisor, and ultimately became a Food Service Manager. Over the past five years, I have developed a comprehensive skill set and expertise in long-term care food services.

Education

I graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Nutrition and Food Service Management, earned my culinary certificate, and became a member of the CSNM in 2020.
