• Responsible for quality, scope and schedule review for civil/structural activity for 1000MTPD Ammonia plant.
• Responsible for coordinating with EPC contractor’s civil/structural/arch/geotech department for project’s scope/schedule review and execution.
• Responsible for quality and scope requirement check/review and monitoring of EPC Contractor’s civil/structural/arch/geotech department documents 
• Participated in 3D Model review, HAZOP, SIL, risk assessment and also participated in preparation of risk response plan for the project in engineering/construction and execution phase.
• Participate in joint lesson learnt workshop with EPC contractor and Vendor
• Conduct cold eye and detail reviews of EPC Contractor’s complex designs/specifications to ensure that technical integrity and quality of the deliverable is achieved with project objective/scope including design codes, standards, specifications and best engineering practices.
• Review and quality check for Vendor document 
• Review contractor / supplier query / concession / deviation requests, and provide technical recommendations and approval
• Assist with evaluation and assessment of EPC Contractor’s change requests and claims
• Attend visits to construction material vendors / suppliers for reviews and tests / inspections
• Working closely with construction team members to anticipate problems in the field.
• Provide responses to site queries and develop any engineering solutions necessary to support those responses
• Participate in scope/schedule management meetings and weekly update meetings.
• Participated in resolving any scope/schedule conflict related issue with EPC contractor and Vendor.
• Site coordination with EPC contractor/Vendor and sub-contractor for quality assurance during construction activities and coordination with EPC contractor (site and design office) for construction/engineering related Site issues.
• Part of weekly construction schedule/quality monitoring meeting and resolving issues with EPC contractor on site.
• Prepare and weekly presentation of Civil/Structural related construction activities/issues in fronts of Management.

• Appreciated for my role as civil/structural coordinator/area lead and responsibility for making EWP, CR/MR (Engineering work packages, Construction requisition and material requisition) and maintaining very effective inter-disciplinary interactions. Completed the project within tight schedule and estimated cost. Preparation of (DVP) deliverable verification list based on which preparation of man hours estimates and scope definition for the project. Scoping document study and development of scope definition with help of interdisciplinary discussion and taking part in (IAP) interactive planning session with different discipline. Helping Lead engineer for preparation of detail schedule from scoping documents and DVP. Monitoring the deliverables/documents progress and schedule for Mumbai workshare Team. 
• Regular coordination with Mumbai workshare team for their technical/man hour related and deliverables quality check issues and guiding them.

• Successfully executed the design of pile foundation, Piperacks modules and stick built, Equipment supported process Structures/Modules, wellhead modules, Incinerator stack foundation, Anchor block for acid gas flare stack, Genset and transformer foundations, MCC/Substation Building, Masonry fire wall, and working out oil containment area calculations and checking of engineering drawings for the above scope of work.
•  Building Modules and Exchanger supported structures/Modules in steam generation, utility, water treatment and offset area.
• Develop structural connection standardization & structural connection design for standard wellhead modules.
• My modularization experience become enhanced by having assignment in South Africa module yard for 6 months in which my responsibility as a structural engineer was to check module structural integrity and give clearance of module punch for loading of  pipe, electrical, mechanical and Instrument/Mechanical equipment. This responsibility also includes supervision of module jacking and module weighing by cell load test and preparation of module weighing reports and module CG verification after getting module weight by cell load test. I was also having experience to check module rigging strategy and drawings prepared by module lifting contractor using 4, 6 and 10-point lift using spreader bar with the use of one or two crane heavy lift.

Catalyst Activation Building, Equipment supported foundation including dynamic analysis of pump and compressor foundations, Exchanger platform design.
