❖ At the Caribbean village of Playa Grande in Puerto Plata make sure to find agreement to solve any dispute or the disagreement between the Tour operator and the markets mentioned as well as the conflicts during overbook situations, changes of price, VIP reservations and various "Fam Trips";
❖ Negotiate contract rates with Tour operators.
❖ Organize "Familiarization Trips to see each destination
❖ Participate in all the national and international trade shows.
❖ Set up and coordinate the Iberoamerican Summit of Presidents, and every other big and important event like this one.
