About Patricia Rodrigues:
As an HR Director with over 12 years of experience, I am passionate about creating supportive and high-performance work environments that prioritize both organizational success and employee well-being. Throughout my career, I’ve led HR teams across multiple North American locations, developing and implementing tailored programs and policies that align with company goals and foster growth. My experience spans diverse industries, and my ability to collaborate with business leaders to drive change and support organizational development has been a key to my success.
Beyond my professional role, fitness is a significant part of my life, and I enjoy staying active through regular exercise and participating in soccer. These passions help me stay energized and focused, both personally and professionally. Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my family, and cooking is one of my favorite hobbies—it allows me to unwind while creating memorable meals for my loved ones. I also speak Portuguese.
Combining my professional expertise with my passion for wellness, I strive to bring both a strategic mindset and a people-focused approach to everything I do, whether in the workplace or in my personal life.
