Served as business consultant on US – Mexico investment opportunities associated with international operations in the offices of Ciudad Juarez, Monterrey and Reynosa. 

Structured the tax practices in Monterrey and Reynosa. In fiscal year 2006, the tax practice under my supervision was generating around 70% of the net profit of the office. 

Based on my numerous achievements leading the Monterrey and Reynosa offices, I was named Country Tax Director of Social Security practice of E&Y in 2003 where I established the audit procedures. 

Acknowledged in annual report of the executive board of fiscal year 2003 for substantial growth of the National Practice of Social Security and the compliance of the revenue budgets of the tax practices under my command (Director of Taxes at Monterrey Office and Country Director of Social Security).
