• Analytical, Organized, technically inclined, business savvy and process-oriented
• Ability to lead and work in a cross-functional team while building strong relationship with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface and collaborate with various stakeholders and teams
• Ability to negotiate contracts and good business analytical skills
• Experience translating business process models to technical realization
• Experience working collaboratively in a team framework as well as independently
• Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify business needs, perform elicitation, document business requirements, document processes user and reporting
• Creation of use cases, user stories, test cases, acceptance criteria, and user acceptance testing
