Case Engineering is a leader in energy efficient control systems for air compressors. Based on the Allen Bradley platform, Case true load share program has been running throughout the world for 30 years. As the director of business development I reviewed Case’s CRM database and development a sales campaign via phone and email. Renewing the customers with upgrades and enhanced energy efficient programs has resulted in sales for the 2015 and 2016.

CCW Energy Systems is a leader in inverter technology and energy efficient control systems for petroleum industry with the industry’s only UL-1741 certified (Utility inter-grid connection standard) regeneration inverter system (A solar industry standard). My initial role was to support the commercial aspects of CCW but it rapidly evolved into the leadership position. Owners were giving a plan to financial solvency to position the sale of CCW. Market was assessed and company was reviewed. Budgets, forecasts, and a business plans were set. Clarity of products and product evolution for market was established with additional core products added. The first year resulted in significant margin growth and the targets being met. I successfully transitioned their sale to a private equity organization in April of 2015.

Negotiated the Maintenance and Repair contract (MARC) for one 2800XPB electric mining shovel at the BHP Billiton's Cerro Colorado mine site. A five year, 35 million dollar (U.S.) contract. I planned, purchased and developed all site facilities and hired all personnel for the contract. Provided Joy and BHP a five year operational cost with estimated shutdown dates. I initiated the managed the contract for the first year.

Senior leader for the product service group in Chile. Provide training for internal personnel and customers. Assisted the MARC contracts on technical issues and planning to enhance productivity of the Joy products for there customer base in Chile and Peru.

Assisted on the negotiations of two 4100XPB electric mining shovels. I was the on site manager for the assembly of the two machines. Once operational I assisted the operating company (TransAlta) in maintenance planning, training and technical issues.

Product service group coordinator for the B.C and Alberta regions for Joy Global products. Technical assisted customers in maintenance and repair of equipment. Assembled and commissioned Electric mining shovels and drills. Coordinated between various operational groups to plan these jobs.
