About paul vital:

J’ai eu la chance d’évoluer dans deux mondes : celui de l’entrepreneuriat et celui du corporate. Cette double perspective me donne un atout unique.

En tant qu’entrepreneur, j’ai vécu la réalité du CEO : l’importance des décisions stratégiques, la gestion des risques, la pression du cash flow, et la nécessité d’avoir une organisation qui exécute efficacement pour livrer des résultats tangibles. J’ai appris à voir l’entreprise comme un système où chaque pièce doit fonctionner ensemble pour atteindre les objectifs globaux.

Dans le monde corporate, j’ai occupé des postes de direction où j’ai structuré, optimisé et fait croître des entreprises jusqu’à 5x leur taille. J’ai compris les attentes du leadership et les défis de l’exécution au sein de grandes organisations. J’ai appris à aligner stratégie et réalité opérationnelle, en traduisant la vision des dirigeants en actions concrètes et réalisables.

Ce qui me différencie, c’est que je peux être à la fois dans la tête du CEO et sur le terrain avec les équipes. Je comprends la pression des résultats, la nécessité d’une exécution efficace et les défis réels du quotidien.

Cette capacité unique me permet de :

- Anticiper les attentes du leadership et structurer les opérations pour y répondre efficacement.
- Aligner stratégie et exécution, en veillant à ce que chaque initiative contribue aux objectifs globaux.
- Créer une dynamique de croissance durable, en optimisant les ressources et en activant les bons leviers.
- Piloter le changement en conciliant vision stratégique et contraintes opérationnelles.

Experience

Triggering and managing growth: I always choose to work for companies with high potential. After joining, I trigger substantial business expansion and I help manage challenges that come with such expansion, leading to a fast and steady growth of financial key performance indicators. In the last 10 years, the two companies I have chosen have grown 5x and have expanded to mergers and acquisitions.

Zero to One: One of the biggest challenges a company faces is the challenge to go from idea to launch in the most effective and efficient way possible. I hold the unique ability to accelerate the process so we either win, pivot or fail fast. This is the main reason I typically lead R&D groups and incubate new initiatives until they develop to new product lines, new business units or new startups.

Anticipating issues and challenges: I am passionate about education, whether it be formal at the university level, or informal through reading and field experience. Thanks to this education, I learn quickly, but more importantly, I am able to abstract the actual specifics of a situation while focusing on solving the root cause of a problem. I have the superior ability to foresee and anticipate possible outcomes,  easily identify patterns and map them to potential results. This superior ability has brought me from the technical side to the strategic side of the business.
