With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including significant roles in administrative manager, finance, marketing, human resources (including payroll administration) and project management at Hotel Club del Sol in Atacames, Ecuador, I bring a wealth of skills and a deep commitment to customer service.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills, successfully overseeing managing budgets, marketing programs, managing the hotel administration and enhancing guest satisfaction. My roles have required strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, people skills and a proactive approach to ensuring operational excellence and financial accountability. With this experience, I am eager to share my passion for financial administration, customer service and community engagement.
At Hotel Club del Sol, I was intimately involved in every stage of the hotel's evolution, from initial planning and construction to establishing operational protocols and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on experience has instilled in me a strong commitment to excellence and a thorough understanding of what it takes to
ensure a hotel operates smoothly and successfully.
With a degree in Commercial Engineering specializing in Finance from PONTIFICIA UNIVERSIDAD CATOLICA DEL ECUADOR, I bring a solid foundation in administrative management and a deep understanding of financial budget, complemented by fluency in Spanish and an intermediate upper level of English.
Although I live in Ecuador, I have successfully supported my two older daughters in seeking new opportunities in Saskatoon. The past year I stayed in Moose Jaw to help my youngest daughter settle down and begin her journey as a student as well, those were a lovely 10 months (6 months at first and later 4 months more), at that time I also had the opportunity to be a volunteer at MJ Multicultural Council and another No Profits, that experience
encourage me to explore and pursue new opportunities in Moose Jaw myself.
