I’ve  managed developments worth up to $2.5 billion, overseeing every stage from concept to completion. My expertise includes contract administration, risk management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration in both unionized and non-union environments.

I also manage a nonprofit society that raises money for heritage sites across Western Canada, ensuring the preservation of historical landmarks for future generations. I am a seasoned construction and project management professional with over 27 years of experience in residential, commercial, and capital projects. I have successfully managed projects valued up to $2.5 billion, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning and design to execution and completion. My expertise spans contract administration, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration, with experience in both unionized and non-union environments.

I have held leadership roles across various organizations, including Interior Health, Tech Canada, and Interior Elite Contracting, where I have delivered major capital projects such as hospital redevelopments, large-scale commercial buildings, and modular construction initiatives. Additionally, I provide consulting services to private developers across Western Canada, advising on design, land acquisition, cost auditing, and project execution.

Beyond my construction career, I manage a nonprofit society dedicated to raising funds for heritage site preservation across Western Canada, ensuring that historical landmarks are maintained for future generations.
