Pierce Mondesire

I am a 21 year old from Ontario, Canada. Growing up finance was constantly a topic with my father being a Stockbroker. My interest for music started from youth and led to me going to various places such as LA, and Atlanta for those reasons. Within the province I work at 3 studios on the side as a vocal engineer. I love getting to the fine details within work, work that requires patience, and aiming big. When it comes the ideal person I aim to become I don’t depend on chance but instead discipline, consistency, an open mind, and trying to beat who I was the the previous day. Fitness, Music, Technical Analysis, and Retail. 

Fitness is priority for my livelihood. But aside from that having to assist, teach, and lead others along with creating diets and routines in accordance with someone’s unique bodily disposition.

For music I’ve had to manage clients on a weekly basis, engineer vocals and instrumentals/composition with digital audio tools on softwares like pro tools,  create compositions from scratch for profit or assistance, as well as instruct and teach various aspects of production and recording for clientele 

My experience in Finance is largely based in analytics and the execution following that speculation. Creating PowerPoints on currency pairs, stocks, and commodities for presentation and reflection. Prioritizing risk management, constant tracking and logging.

Within retail the importance of communication skills, empathy, juggling tasks, money management and being constantly tested to preform efficiently  in moments of pressure under the eyes of customers were my top goals and skills I aimed to build the most. Along with basic responsibilities like cleaning and not slacking off.

Highschool and my Independant Music Program course Im college. All in all, I try my best to learn as much as I can outside of school systems because there are so many subjects I’m interested in but just don’t have the time or money to immerse myself in.

With that being said my most impactful teachers were from highschool, within my English Business class, and Law. Out of all of them they payed attention to analyzing character, structural planning, and the effects of various things on the mind and how we act the most out of any of my classes. Fitness was a no brainer.
