I have extensive experience as a building manager and in customer service, where I've honed my skills in overseeing daily building operations, coordinating maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and managing tenant relations. My role involves handling repairs, managing budgets, liaising with contractors and vendors, and making sure the building is running smoothly.
In customer service, I focus on resolving tenant inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone in the building. I excel at problem-solving, clear communication, and maintaining strong relationships with both residents and service providers. My combined expertise in building management and customer service allows me to effectively balance operational efficiency with providing exceptional tenant support.
Education
I have completed my course and training as a Health Care Aide, where I gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in a variety of settings. This included learning about patient care, health and safety protocols, and assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. The program also emphasized strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail, all of which are crucial for building rapport with clients and ensuring their well-being. This education has provided me with a solid foundation in healthcare practices, as well as the interpersonal skills needed to provide high-quality care and support in a professional setting.
