I  am Queenivert Atabong, a bachelor of science degree holder. I have over 3 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities and withi this period I have been able to advance in my career as a Support Worker:

•Provided one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in various daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

•Implemented individualized care plans, ensuring each person's specific needs and preferences were met.

•Documented progress, incidents, and any changes in behavior or health status, maintaining accurate records for review by supervisors and healthcare professionals.

•Coordinate with program manager to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
