As a Loss Prevention Officer, I conducted theft investigations, utilized de-escalation techniques, and collaborated with law enforcement, honing my skills in security and teamwork. As a Customer Service Manager, I led a team to ensure exceptional customer service, managed conflict situations, and maintained operational efficiency. At Indigenous Services Canada, I engaged with diverse communities, conducted research, analyzed data, and developed policies, enhancing my communication and analytical abilities. These roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in security practices, public engagement, conflict resolution, and customer service management.
