I am a professional and customer-oriented individual with 5 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles. I have extensive experience in providing front desk reception services, including greeting and assisting visitors, fielding phone calls, and performing clerical tasks.
I currently work for a senior Living facility where I perform all the basic tasks as a front desk agent but my job mainly focus on answering phone calls and resolving queries. My previous experience in the tourism and hospitality industry has helped my build my skills in interacting with different people from all backgrounds everyday.

I currently work for a senior living facility ‘The Wexford’ located in Delta as a receptionist. I started working for this company in the year 2019, however my customer service experience actually began when I worked for the hospitality industry from the year 2017 -2019. As a server for Pan Pacific hotel and a few other Fine dining restaurants I was able to interact with different people everyday as a part of my job.
