6. Following store policies and procedures: Cashiers are responsible for following store policies and procedures, including security procedures and cash-handling protocols.
7. Assisting customers: Sales floor associates are responsible for assisting customers with their purchases. This may include helping customers find products, answering questions, and providing advice on purchases.
