I am proficient in Microsoft Office. I have excellent communication skills with telephone etiquette, listening, answering questions, presentation, open kindness and being respectful. My organizational skills include keeping a calendar, setting appointments, keeping records, time management, multi-tasking and following a strict schedule. My problem-solving skills include active listening, flexibility, open-mindedness, willingness to do research and patience. Professionalism is high on my list which includes being respectful, being reliable, having punctuality, integrity and meeting deadlines. Education
My education includes a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, the courses that gave me a skill set for any future position such as Research, social media strategy and governance, and conflict management. My recent employment at the First Nations Health Authority allowed me to further develop and strengthen my skills in Mental Health, San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety, and facilitation.
