With over 12 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, and client service, I bring a people-first mindset to every role I take on. I’ve led multicultural teams, built strong brand strategies, and helped businesses create meaningful connections with their audience—both online and in person.

Originally from Mexico and now based in Vancouver, I’ve worked across high-end restaurants, influencer marketing campaigns, and customer experience strategies. I’m passionate, hands-on, and solution-oriented. I believe that in this industry, what truly matters is not just what you say or do—it’s how you make people feel.

I hold a degree in Hotel Management and Culinary Arts, which provided a strong foundation in hospitality operations, guest experience, and team leadership. My training combined practical kitchen skills with business strategy, giving me a 360° understanding of the food, beverage, and service industry.
