Rafael Merante

I’ve been a building inspector for just over two years. Prior to that I was a licensed plumber and gas technician in Ontario, Canada for 13 years as a member of the largest plumbing union in the country and North America as a whole for that matter. United association of plumbers steamfitters and welders (local 46).  

I’ve owned and operated a successful plumbing company in Toronto and surrounding area and have been a partner with a general contractor working on commercial, industrial and residential projects.  My wealth of knowledge in general construction and technical plumbing codes, procedures, tests and installation make me an ideal candidate for this position. 

I’m willing to acquire the knowledge of local building codes, by-laws and practices as it pertains to Dublin and surround area.
