   Perform visual and physical inspections of propellers to identify any damage, wear, or defects.
   Assess the overall condition of propellers, including blades, hub, and associated components.
   Use appropriate tools and equipment to measure dimensions, tolerances, and alignment of propeller parts.
   Diagnose propeller-related issues by analyzing performance data, conducting functional tests, and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
   Perform propeller overhauls, which may involve disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling propeller systems.
   Conduct functional and performance tests on propellers to ensure proper operation, pitch control, and blade synchronization.
   Identify and resolve propeller vibration, tracking, or feathering issues through adjustments, repairs, or component replacements.
   Use specialized equipment, such as blade tracking devices and vibration analyzers, to evaluate propeller performance and detect abnormalities.
   Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities performed on propellers.
   Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, repairs, and recommendations for further actions.

• CNC Programmer (4 Months Co-op) January 2018-April 2018

   Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software based on engineering drawings, blueprints, or 3D models.
   Analyze part specifications and manufacturing requirements to determine the most efficient machining processes and tooling strategies.
   Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding methods based on the material, part geometry, and machining operations required.
   Set up CNC machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces, and ensure proper alignment and calibration.
   Write and modify CNC programs using programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
