I’m a results-driven Sales and Marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in FMCG, specialty products, and financial services. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently focused on building strong client relationships, developing effective marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Right now, I’m working as a Bilingual Senior Client Relations Representative at Mackenzie Investments, where I handle client inquiries, support Financial Advisors, and mentor new team members. I’ve been recognized with multiple awards for performance and mentorship.

Before that, I was with Canadian POS, where I specialized in lead generation and dynamic sales outreach. I also held a Trade Marketing Manager role at Al Mouyasser, where I exceeded sales targets, helped secure a new sub-brand worth an estimated $2M, and successfully launched new product categories.

Earlier in my career, I led sales and marketing initiatives at Magnet SAL for top brands like PlayStation and Logitech, and I also managed key accounts at Alliance Electronics, where I drove solid growth and introduced successful promotional campaigns.

I’m fluent in English and French, comfortable working cross-functionally, and always motivated to hit targets and grow the business.

Education

I hold an MBA from Notre Dame University in Beirut, which I completed in 2017. My focus during the program was on strategic management and marketing, which really helped refine my leadership and business planning skills. Before that, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from the American University of Science and Technology, where I built a strong foundation in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and communication.
