Dear Sir/Madam,

                           My family-based background in jewelry started young, crafting traditional Indian jewellery, castings, diamond settings etc. In the beginning I worked with my grandpa in manufacturing and sales and subsequently after his passing I took over trade. Thus far any piece of work brought to me I was able to replicate all handmade as an old school goldsmith and most of my work centers around traditional Caribbean Jewellery. In my early years I did a course in financial management for jewellers in collaboration with the Geology and Mines Commission through the Natural Resources Ministry in my country (Former British Guiana) now Guyana. I also mainly worked for a gold and diamond exporter by the name of Gold Target Import and Exports and operate my own Goldsmith shop.

Here in Canada, I received qualifications as a Postgraduate from Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning in Hospitality Tourism Operations Management and back home I have a Business Management Degree from the University of Guyana. I was recently employed here in Canada at Menasha Packaging Facility in Brampton as a Line Leader, where I met all my efficiency targets.

I also have corporate experience in management, and I am computer literate, holding software certificates in POS management software, Microsoft office package, among others and I am willing to master any CAD jewellery software your company uses.
