Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President’s office, including managing four extremely active calendars of appointments & Schedules. Proactively coordinate and ensure that the President's and executive schedules are followed and respected.

Project Coordinator & Administrator  - Sandhu Consulting

Responsible for assisting the project managers with administering and controlling all aspects of the project; Creation and administration of the project plan, project documents, time reporting, and financial controls; assisting in maintaining project schedules, developing and maintaining issue logs and project repositories of documents.         

Monitor and review sales contracts, prioritize deliverables and adjust service levels. 

Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and analyzing sales options.

Create, update ,and maintain project schedules & resources with information received from project managers & team leads.

Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance: recommending new opportunities, and service improvements.
