• Attended jobsite meetings/visits with project managers and clients and/or consultants to ensure construction is moving along according to schedule, specifications and quality, to check if Health & Safety requirements are properly followed and to make sure Project tasks/logs are completed, submitted and properly documented. 
• Pre-reviewed/approved job sheets and subcontractor invoices for relevant projects to facilitate Project Manager approval and to resolve discrepancies on invoices and progress claims. Ensured that monthly progress invoices are completed and procurement pricing from suppliers and subcontractors are up to date and payments are issued promptly.
