Experience

I'm a seasoned global executive with over 15 years of experience in the fields of brand, marketing, and communications. I specialize in various areas such as B2C, B2B, C2B, branding, integrated marketing communications strategies, growth strategies, digital and social media strategy, business strategy, operations, AI tools, and content management. Over the years, I've demonstrated a strong ability to develop successful brand strategies and increase growth.

Most recently, I served as VP, Growth, and previously as Director, Marketing & Communications at Ziing.com (2021-2023). I took the responsibility of rebuilding and relaunching the brand and website. My efforts led to a significant increase in the website's SERP performance, moving it from the eighth page on Google to the first page. I was also able to increase our LinkedIn followers from 200 to 1,200+, and successfully launched Ziing on multiple social media platforms.

In my role as VP/GM, Central and Western Canada at DAC (2018-2020), I led all day-to-day business operations and brought about consistent improvements in productivity, performance, and sales achievements. During my tenure as Head of Digital Communications at Bayer (2016-2017), I took charge of developing the brand's digital and social media strategy and oversaw the audit, rebuild, and infrastructure development of the website, brand, and social media.

At iCrossing (2014-2016), I started as VP, Operations and Client Partner and later moved to the role of VP, Digital Strategy and Client Partner. I played a pivotal role in reversing four years of losses, returning the agency to profitability, and fostering a strong post-reorganization agency culture.

As the Senior Manager, Global Communications at Sandoz, a Novartis company (2011-2014), I significantly increased brand engagement on Twitter by 400% and Facebook KPIs by 800%.

Parallel to my professional roles, I've been mentoring digital health startups at Startupbootcamp and social and solidarity economy startups at LikeMinded Ventures.

I hold an MBA from The Power MBA, a Global Post-Grad Diploma in PR, Marketing, Writing from MacEwan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Political Science from Concordia University.
