I am a recent graduate from CDI College with a focus on network administration. My skill set includes proficiency in IPv6 protocols, network security, server administration, Active Directory, and various networking protocols. I have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SQL, as well as Linux. I am adept at working independently or as part of a team and have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

During my practicum at Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson, I provided end-user technical support, assisted in network device management, and improved network documentation. I have also worked as a Dispatcher Technical Support at Strategic Alarms Systems and as a Help Desk Support at Fairlight International, where I honed my skills in troubleshooting, device configuration, and customer support.

My previous role as a Sanitation Lead at Maple Leaf Consumer Foods demonstrated my leadership and innovative problem-solving skills, ensuring zero equipment contamination incidents through meticulous cleaning procedures.
